Woven pile fabric from ramie (China grass) fibers mimicking velvet, with raised pile surface for apparel linings or decorative uses. HTS 5801.90.10.00 applies to such non-cotton vegetable fiber pile fabrics outside excluded headings. The fabric's weave features standing pile, not gauze or narrow types.
