Kernmantle accessory cord of polyester fibers with a braided sheath over stranded core, used for climbing prusiks and slings. HTS 5607.50.4000 covers this as other synthetic fiber ropes under 10mm diameter, not for primary life support. Provides abrasion resistance for outdoor pursuits.
