Polyester nonwoven stabilizer fabric (130 g/m²) coated with a specialty wax-resin adhesive for embroidery machine use. Classified in HTS 5603.13.0010 as a coated nonwoven of man-made filaments with non-standard materials in 70-150 g/m² range. Stabilizes fabric during stitching.
