Hydroentangled spunlace nonwoven from polyester filaments, 22 g/m², used as base for wet wipes and cleaning cloths. HTS 5603.11.00.95 applies to this lightweight man-made nonwoven without impregnation. The spunlace process bonds fibers mechanically for absorbency.
