Large rectangular sheets of cotton wadding designed for high absorbency in hygiene products and spill control. Fibers are loosely bonded, not exceeding 5 mm length, supplied in pieces over 30 cm. HTS 5601.21.00.10 covers this as cotton wadding in the piece.
