Dyed Poly-Cotton Broadcloth Dress Lining from China

A dyed broadcloth fabric of plain weave, not square construction, under 170 g/m² with yarn number above 26, meeting poplin/broadcloth definition in note (a)(i). Composed of 60% cotton and 40% viscose staple, less than 85% artificial but mixed mainly with cotton. Commonly used as lightweight linings in women's dresses.
