Heavyweight twill fabric (12 oz/yd²) woven from polyester staple fibers mixed chiefly with viscose rayon staple fibers, in classic blue denim shade for outerwear jackets and coats. HTS 5515.11.0010 applies due to the precise fiber blend and 'blue denim' statistical category in Chapter 55. Provides durability and drape similar to cotton denim but lighter weight.
