A dyed, napped 4-thread cross twill fabric over 170 g/m², mixing polyester staple (<85%) chiefly with cotton for jacket linings with thermal properties. Fits HTS 5514.22.0040 via twill type, napping, weight, and blend. Napping adds insulation without bulk.
