Smooth satin weave lining material with 60% polyester filaments and 40% cotton, using differently colored yarns for subtle sheen variation. HTS 5407.83.00.40 applies as it's woven synthetic filaments <85% mixed solely with cotton in satin weave. Commonly used in jackets and coats.
