Semi-transparent dyed voile, a plain weave lightweight fabric of over 85% polyester filaments for curtains and blouses. HTS 5407.69.20 applies to this other dyed polyester woven fabric, as it doesn't meet poplin/broadcloth exclusions in statistical notes. Ideal for soft drapery.
