Heavy unbleached 100% polyester filament woven fabric at 250 g/m², designed for tarpaulin production with high tear strength. It qualifies for HTS 5407.69.10.60 as an unbleached 'other' woven fabric >170 g/m² with ≥85% polyester, not meeting sheeting or printcloth definitions in notes (d) or (e).
