Woven nylon filament taffeta fabric coated with polyurethane plastics exceeding 60% by weight, used in rainwear linings. It qualifies for HTS 5407.30.10.00 under section XI note 9 for plastic-dominant coatings on synthetic filaments. The plain weave structure supports lightweight applications.
