Textured polypropylene filament yarn folded from two 300 denier strands, used in carpet backing and geotextiles. HTS 5402.39.61 applies as it's synthetic textured yarn of multiple (folded) construction for industrial use. The folding improves coverage and durability in woven fabrics.
