Single multifilament high tenacity polyester yarn, 600 decitex with twist >5 turns/m, often RFL-dipped for adhesion in tires. HTS 5402.20.30.30 applies to the undipped yarn form: high tenacity polyester, specified twist and size, industrial supply. Dipping occurs post-import in manufacturing.
