Bleached printcloth fabric of plain weave with 70% flax, 20% cotton, 10% viscose, under 200 g/m², >33 warp/filling singles per cm², square construction, no combed fibers. Qualifies as printcloth under note (d) and HTS 5309.21.30.65 for unbleached/bleached flax blends with cotton/MMF under restraints. Ideal for breathable shirting and summer dresses.
