Robust 250 g/m² plain weave canvas fabric with 80% cotton, 18% polyester, and 2% spandex, incorporating yarns of different colors for heathered effect, not napped. Used for bags and upholstery. HTS 5211.41.00.20 applies as mixed mainly with man-made fibers, over 200 g/m², plain weave, different colors.
