Dyed twill weave with 75% cotton, 22% polyester, 3% spandex at 240 g/m² for stretch pants. Under HTS 5211.39.0040 for <85% cotton mixed mainly with man-made fibers, heavyweight dyed twill. Elastane adds flexibility while cotton provides breathability.
