Dyed plain weave sheeting fabric blending 75% cotton with man-made fibers, exceeding 200 g/m², napped on both sides for blanket production. Fits HTS 5211.31.00.50 as mixed cotton <85%, dyed, plain weave sheeting with napped texture per (313). Napping creates a plush, insulating surface ideal for winter bedding.
