A lustrous bleached sateen weave fabric with 80% cotton and 20% viscose, weighing 240 g/m², for suiting. HTS 5211.20.29 applies as it's other bleached fabric under 85% cotton mainly mixed with man-made (viscose), over 200 g/m², not plain/twill/denim. Sateen provides smooth finish for apparel.
