Heavy 260 g/m² fabric of 80% cotton and 20% spandex man-made fibers, bleached with 4-thread duck twill weave (not plain). Fits HTS 5211.20.29.60 as <85% cotton mainly mixed with MMF, >200 g/m², bleached other fabrics in duck category per notes. Suited for durable furniture upholstery.
