Bleached 3-thread twill with 70% cotton and 30% Lycra, napped on both sides for 245 g/m² protective aprons in workshops. Meets HTS 5211.20.22.40 criteria: <85% cotton mainly man-made, twill weave, napped, bleached, heavy weight. Stretch and nap enhance grip and insulation.
