Heavy-duty 280 g/m² bleached plain weave duck cloth with 65% cotton and 35% polyester, ideal for sails and tarpaulins. HTS 5211.20.21 applies to its plain weave, bleached processing, MMF-cotton mix under 85% cotton, and substantial weight. Meets US notes for weave exclusivity excluding selvage.
