A 240 g/m² plain weave fabric bleached for clarity, composed of 75% cotton and 25% rayon (MMF), used in upholstery. Fits HTS 5211.20.21 precisely: plain weave per note (b), bleached, <85% cotton with MMF, >200 g/m² weight. Rayon adds smoothness to the cotton base.
