Heavy 255 g/m² plain weave sheeting with 78% cotton and 22% Lycra man-made fibers, bleached and napped for stretchy upholstery. Fits HTS 5211.20.21.50 as napped (313) sheeting mixed <85% cotton, meeting all weight, weave, and finish criteria. Lycra provides elasticity ideal for fitted covers.
