Unbleached plain weave osnaburg sheeting (75% cotton, 25% viscose rayon), over 200 g/m², used as backing for carpets and linoleum. HTS 5211.11.00.25 applies due to osnaburg designation, unbleached sheeting not napped, and man-made fiber mix. Provides strength without aesthetic finish.
