Bleached Cotton-Spandex Poplin Blouse Material from Japan
This poplin fabric blends 75% cotton with 22% polyester and 3% spandex, plain weave with number 42 or lower, bleached, under 200 g/m², meeting HTS 5210.21.40.20 criteria for mixed cotton-man-made fiber poplin or broadcloth. The spandex adds slight stretch for women's blouses.
