Printed plain weave cotton sheeting fabric with a brushed nap finish, over 85% cotton and exceeding 200 g/m², fitting HTS 5209.51.60.50 as napped sheeting. Commonly used for winter blankets or pajamas. The nap provides insulation and softness per Chapter 52 definitions.
