Cotton garnetted stock is recycled fiber obtained by garnetting machines that shred and clean yarn or fabric waste, classified in HTS 5202.99.50.00 as other cotton waste. It resembles short-staple fibers for re-spinning into yarns. Primarily used in the recycling of mill ends and offcuts.
