• Document metallization process (vacuum deposition) separately from printing to support 4811 classification
• Measure metal layer thickness (<6.5 microns typical) to avoid Chapter 76 classification as foil
• Ensure printing motifs aren't primary use, or risk reclassification to Chapter 49
