Bleached paperboard base stock over 150 g/m² and 0.3 mm thick, coated with plastics for barrier properties, designed for producing foam-like disposable trays. Meets size requirements for sheets or rolls over 15 cm width. HTS 4811.51.20.30 applies as it's specifically base stock for trays, dishes, plates, cups—not yet formed articles.
