Bituminized sheathing paper rolls are asphalt-treated paper for exterior wall sheathing protection against wind-driven rain. HTS 4811.10.21.00 applies to these 'other' bituminized papers in rolls, impregnated for weather resistance, not goods of 4803, 4809, or 4810.
