Asphalt-Impregnated Building Paper from China
Asphalt-impregnated building paper, often called #15 or #30 felt, is tar-saturated paper in rolls for construction sheathing and weather barriers. It qualifies for HTS 4811.10.21.00 as 'other' asphalted paper in rolls, impregnated to provide moisture resistance, outside the scope of 4803, 4809, or 4810.
