This is a premium coated paper used for high-quality printing and graphic purposes, containing by weight 25 percent or more cotton fiber in its total fiber content, with the remainder being mechanical or chemi-mechanical wood fibers. It is coated on one or both sides with kaolin or other inorganic substances for improved printability and surface quality. Classified under HTS 4810.29.70.20 due to the high cotton fiber content exceeding 25 percent and mechanical fiber proportion over 10 percent.
