Thick, dense felted paperboard known as millboard, used for insulating panels, bookbinding, and gaskets. HTS 4805.50.00.00 covers this uncoated felt paperboard in sheets or rolls, produced by felting wood or rag fibers without chemical coatings. Typically 500-1000 g/m² with high compressive strength.

• Submit fiber content analysis (wood/rag percentages) to distinguish from pressed board under 4803; mislabeling causes delays
• For gasket end-use, provide specs showing no impregnation, preventing shift to 4811 or rubber composites
