Low-grade uncoated newsprint sheets in A4 format, containing over 70% mechanical pulp fibers, ideal for newspapers, flyers, and draft printing. Classified under HTS 4802.62.61 due to sheet dimensions ≤435mm x 297mm, high mechanical fiber content, and use in graphic printing applications. It is neither handmade nor of bleached sulfate pulp types excluded by headings 4801/4803.
