A4 uncoated paper with groundwood (mechanical) pulp over 10%, for multi-page brochures and catalogs. Classified HTS 4802.62.61 as other printing paper in specified small sheets, uncoated for ink absorption. Groundwood provides opacity at lower cost than chemical pulps.
