Meets HTS 4802.62.10.00 criteria for writing paper: mechanical fiber content, sheet size one side 297 mm (>150 mm, <360 mm) and other 210 mm (>150 mm). Used for office printing and graphic purposes.

• Declare exact grammage and fiber composition; mechanical pulp content must be documented to stay in 4802.62
• Avoid packaging in consumer-ready reams if marketed as loose paper; bulk import prevents shift to 4820
• Check for any coatings— even light sizing can reclassify to 4810 if coated on both sides
