Bleached sheets of cotton linters pulp are formed from pulped linter fibers, treated to high whiteness for specialty applications. HTS 4706.10.00.00 applies as it's pulp from other fibrous cellulosic material (cotton linters), prior to any derivative chemical conversion. Ideal for acetate film and cellulose lacquers.
