Rough touch-sanded plywood panels made with at least one outer ply of Agathis spp. coniferous wood, each ply not exceeding 6mm thick, used in structural building applications. Classified under HTS 4412.39.40.51 due to minimal processing (rough or touch sanded only) and specific Agathis outer ply requirement, with no surface covering obscuring the wood grain. Ideal for framing and subflooring where further finishing occurs on-site.
