Plywood panel with a core of pencil cedar (Juniperus virginians) and outer plies of Nyatoh (Palaquium spp.), each ply not exceeding 6mm thick. Classified under HTS 4412.31.52.68 due to at least one outer ply of tropical Nyatoh wood, not surface-covered to obscure grain. Used primarily for pencil slat production and specialty cabinetry.
