Impregnated Softboard Insulation Panels from China
Soft, low-density fiberboard (≤0.5 g/cm³) panels impregnated with bitumen for enhanced thermal insulation and damp-proofing in walls and floors. HTS 4411.94.0050 applies as it's other fiberboard, bitumen-impregnated, without mechanical processing or additional surface layers. Commonly used in energy-efficient building projects.
