Cedar Fence Palings from China
Pointed cedar palings roughly trimmed from nonconiferous wood, used as vertical slats in privacy fences. These are not turned, bent, or sawn lengthwise, maintaining a natural split-pole appearance ideal for rustic fencing. HTS 4404.20.00.40 covers these as nonconiferous fence palings.
