Quaking aspen (Populus tremuloides) poles cut from trunks, minimally squared at bases, bark intact on upper portions, sapwood heavy. HTS 4403.99.0195 covers as other wood in the rough, nonconiferous utility wood. Used for fencing, stakes, and pulpwood feedstock.
