Short billets from fast-growing hybrid poplar clones (Populus deltoides x nigra), rough in form and bark-removed, optimized for pulpwood chipping in pulp mills. These 18-24 inch lengths provide high yield for tissue and newsprint production. HTS 4403.97.0022 applies to all Populus spp. pulpwood.
