Short-length pulpwood billets from Southern Yellow Pine species (Pinus spp.), roughly cut and bark-stripped for chipping into pulp. These 5-9 foot sections are standard for pulpwood harvesting in the US South. HTS 4403.22.0108 covers this as coniferous pine pulpwood in the rough.
