Buffalo whole hides treated to a parchment-dressed finish after tanning, creating a soft, drum-dyed leather without splits or hair. HTS 4107.19.40.00 applies to this further prepared buffalo leather from whole hides. Commonly used for bookbinding and fine crafts.
