Wet-Blue Buffalo Hide (Split) from China
A split layer from water buffalo hide chrome-tanned to wet-blue stage, hair removed, in wet state without further preparation. Commonly used for mid-range upholstery leather production. Fits HTS 4104.19.50.80 for other wet-state tanned bovine (buffalo) hides.
