A tanned bovine hide in wet-blue state, processed through chrome tanning, featuring a grain split layer without hair, in wet condition and not further prepared. Classified under HTS 4104.11.50.70 as full grains unsplit or grain splits, other wet blues that are split and other. This semi-finished leather is used in upholstery and garment manufacturing.
