Full grain, unsplit skin from equine animals (horses) in wet-blue chrome-tanned state, preserved wet without further preparation. HTS 4104.11.50.30 applies to equine tanned hides in wet state, not split, ideal for specialty leathers like equestrian gear. The wet-blue process makes it semi-processed for downstream tanning.
