Raw sheep skins preserved by liming process for unhairing, fresh or otherwise preserved but not tanned. These pelts are dehaired and ready for tanning without parchment-dressing or further preparation. Fits HTS 4103.90.11.90 as other raw, non-excluded hides not pretanned.
